How is a campaign engagement structured at ClickWave?

Every engagement opens with discovery — interviews, material review and alignment on the positioning challenge. We then develop your positioning framework: message hierarchy, narrative arc and channel mix shaped for Singapore and APAC context. Creative direction follows with structured review gates. Depending on your engagement model — positioning sprint, campaign architecture project, creative direction retainer or advisory sessions — deliverables and cadence are defined in your proposal. We work in SGT hours with clear milestones and written summaries at each stage, partnering with your marketing team as a professional services studio rather than a distant vendor.

What does a positioning sprint deliver?

A positioning sprint delivers a positioning framework document, message map, audience segmentation summary and creative brief templates ready for your internal or partner teams. Sessions are studio-led with homework between meetings. Scope and timeline are defined in your proposal.

Who do you typically work with?

Singapore founders, marketing leads and brand managers at scale-ups and established firms. We also support regional APAC teams who need campaign architecture and creative direction from a city-state studio partner.

How does discovery work?

Discovery covers stakeholder interviews, audience and landscape review, and audit of existing brand materials. We deliver a written summary and recommended engagement model before framework work begins.

What is included in a campaign architecture deliverable?

Story arc, channel mix map, launch plan timeline, message hierarchy by channel and creative direction territories. Media planning guidance is included as strategic input within the architecture document.

How is creative direction reviewed?

At concept, draft and final gates with documented feedback. Live reviews occur during SGT hours; async review is available for regional collaborators.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. Launch support windows are agreed in advance and noted in your statement of work.

How do you handle personal data?

Under the Personal Data Protection Act we collect data only with consent for stated purposes. Contact [email protected] for access or correction requests. Full details are in our privacy policy.

How are proposals scoped?

We issue a written proposal after an initial brief call. It describes engagement model, deliverables, timeline and commercials — figures appear in the proposal only, not on this site.

How do we start?

Open a brief with your challenge and timeline. We reply within one business day.

Our organisation provides professional marketing and brand communications services — including positioning, campaign architecture, creative direction and content systems. Our work supports clearer positioning and more coherent communication across channels. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, lead volumes, rankings, revenue figures or audience growth. Marketing decisions remain the client's responsibility. This is a professional services engagement, not an investment product and not financial advice.
